[DTC Marketing Track] Creating an Effective Feedback Loop Through Measurement
Overview
In today's dynamic digital landscape, marketers need reliable industry standards to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of their campaigns. For many years, proactive brands and their agencies have utilized metrics such as Audience Quality and New Patient Starts to gauge overall campaign health and optimize frequently, resulting in improved performance, better ROIs, and ultimately, a greater impact on patient outcomes. However, these efforts often rely on timely data from current campaigns or historical results, lacking the context of industry or category-specific performance to help establish goals and forecast outcomes. To elevate this process, we now offer the opportunity to better understand DTC Audience Quality (AQ) through our unique IQVIA proprietary benchmarks. This additional data set is crucial for pharmaceutical brands aiming to optimize their media investments and drive superior performance. By gaining pre-campaign and early insights into common performance levels, brands can better plan, measure, and refine their DTC strategies. Our experts will discuss how to leverage these benchmarks to enhance media planning, campaign optimization, and overall audience engagement, ultimately leading to more effective and efficient marketing efforts.

Yet The goal of the session is to educate our EBP customers on how they can implement the Digital AI Labs as part of their launch plan to maximize their results. Many pharmaceutical companies are not taking full advantage of the available digital behavioral data and integrating it into every core data management & commercial function. If integrated and deployed holistically and properly, this data and it’s associated attributes and signals can level-up the performance and efficiency of not just Digital Functions, but the End-to-End Commercial Domain and every business function it touches. Not to mention infusing a critical data asset into the Gen-AI capabilities that are being developed and deployed.

[Information Management Track] Integrating HCP Behavioral Data for Commercial and Field Ops
Overview
The Customers that brands are trying to reach behave just like we do in our own personal lives. They search, consume and engage with information Digitally.

[Data as the Foundation to Omnichannel Strategy Track] Information: Creating a Strong Foundation for your Omnichannel Strategy
Overview
With information being central to all omnichannel approaches, when is almost good enough? A robust approach to information (including governance, coverage, consistency, and curation) is essential to bringing success to a brand in the marketplace. All of these characteristics are foundational in understanding how to best reach HCPs and consumers. To continue reaching the right audiences, innovation and AI/ML are also key. Key digital strategies covered in this session include: Robust coverage is foundational to the success of all activation and measurement strategies. Focusing on panel resilience, governance, and privacy management is key to ongoing success. Having the right information is akin to finding the right opportunity. Without the right information – you cannot be sure you are reaching the right stakeholders. Predictive modeling is a pathway to untapped opportunity. Pairing AI/ML with your activation approach can fill gaps, especially in rare disease.
